WORKSHOP 3
Communication Basics
Communication will be one of many tools the Queen uses to manage her Queendom. The number one key to communication is understanding who you’re speaking to and where (who within you) you’re speaking from.
- Allowing the Ego to be seen, witnessed, heard, and acknowledged
- Identifying why we were triggered by a particular person or event
- Learning how to communicate our emotions to others
Learn how to apply a remedy to alter who you are and your perspective to fix the triggers and grow into your power.
WORKSHOP 6
How to Heal Past Trauma
It’s impossible to move past our programs without addressing the program itself first. In this workshop we'll discuss:
- What is trauma? Understanding our minds.
- Why addressing, acknowledging, and wrestling with our traumas is so important
- Reprogramming: the process to change our programs
You’ll finish this lesson with an understanding of what your trauma's are and exactly how to deal with them
